E Rate Year 15 Project Information

Bid No. 11-12-06TE Network Infrastructure Upgrades at Elementary Sites

 

This project is a Federal E Rate, priority 2 project that entails network infrastructure renovations and upgrades at elementary school sites.  There is a MANDATORY jobwalk that is scheduled for Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at 9:00am.  All bidders are required to attend.  The jobwalk will begin at the Jurupa USD Education Center, 4850 Pedley Road, Jurupa Valley, Ca 92509 and will continue with site visits, please plan to spend several hours at the jobwalk.  Plans and specifications will be available at the jobwalk and there is no charge for the packet.  Subcontractors are also welcome and encouraged to attend.  The engineer’s estimate is approximately $11,000,000.00 and bidders will be required to post a bid bond equal to 10% of their bid price and meet the requirements of all applicable bidding laws, codes, regulations and Federal E Rate requirements.  The successful bidder will also be required to post payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of the project value.  For further information, please contact April Devlin, Director of Centralized Support Services at 951.360.4102 or april_devlin@jusd.k12.ca.usBids will be due and will be opened and read aloud on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 10:00am in the Purchasing Department.  Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

 

 
 
Bid No. 11-12-05TE Cellular and Data Services
This project is a Federal E Rate, priority 1 project that entails providing cellular, data, push to talk and other related services based on the District’s needs.  Bidders will be required to meet all District requirements and the District may elect to award the bid to more than one vendor based on what is best for the District, price and other factors considered.  A full bid evaluation matrix and further details are included in the bid packet which is available by contacting April Devlin, Director of Centralized Support Services at 951.360.4102 or april_devlin@jusd.k12.ca.us.  Bid packets can be emailed or picked up, they can also be mailed or sent via Fed Ex if you wish to provide a Fed Ex account number.  Bids are due and will be opened and read aloud on February 8, 2011 at 2:00pm in the Purchasing Department.  Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.
